The Stairway to Heaven... part 4--Being Settled Without Wobbliness

Hello, Dear Reader!  :-)

Hopefully, your understanding of the first section of the first sentence of Matthew 5 is more clear and strong and has prepared you for moving on.

"... and when he was set in the place where he would teach the people, ..."  To be "set" implies being settled, there is no wobbliness about oneself.  Although having climbed a precipitous mountain, "Jesus" was stable, at balance, there was no conflict within his physical body, mind or heart.  As revealed in the great "Revelation", the war called Armageddon takes place within a mortal's mind.  Neural Scientists call this phenomenon "cognitive dissonance", the simultaneous holding of two or more conflicting beliefs.  "Jesus" had none of this.  He had come to KNOW *Real Truth*.  He had aligned himself, his emotions, beliefs, actions, relationships, life ,with this *Real Truth*.  He was settled.  He was "set in the place where he would teach the people".

Knowing that the MAP is NOT the territory, no matter how good that map may be, "Jesus" knew that before he could be ready to "teach" anyone anything, he would have to have embodied the understanding himself.  He had to become that which he wanted to teach others.  He had.

Although easily misunderstood that this "place" where "Jesus" was set was a physical location, it was not.  He had reached and realized a state of mind and heart, a level or degree of being that allowed, even compelled, him to take this further action.  It is this "place" that is often religiously referred to as "Heaven".  The Persistent Reader will discover, however, that "Heaven" is available anywhere a humane human being exists.  It is a state of being.  It is a degree of consciousness.  It was this place that, having reached himself, "Jesus" desired to bring others into to experience with him.  Being, thus, aligned with *Real Truth*, "Jesus" was a conduit, a dispenser of wisdom for the benefit of all.  Truly, every time an individual steps forward in service to others, offering whatever gifts or abilities that person has to serve and build community, to comfort and heal broken people and a broken planet, "God", "the Father" or our combined collective consciousness, takes over, magnifies, and makes possible the dissemination of that gift to the world.  We will explore just how this is done in future expose's.
That act alone, that act of giving of oneself in unadulterated service to others, engages an unimaginable enabling power.   It is this very power that he desired to exemplify and offer to those who would come to him.  The act of committing to the service of others transcends all belief systems, all IQ, all brain development, all knowledge.  "Jesus" knew that he had the full power of consciousness backing him, in deed, moving through him, being the very words that he was to speak, those images that he was to convey.  He was settled.  He was engaged; and this engagement, this power, allowed him to fully utilize all that was needed to do the work required.

Please notice that the words are: "he was set".  This is important.  "Jesus" was required to take action and move himself "up" and "into" the mountain.  But... he did not do it by himself.  He had significant assistance in becoming "set" in this exact and solid state.  As will be discussed at length, "Jesus" had learned to completely and unequivocally trust the power that moved within him.  It was this trust, this power, this degree of connection, that moved him and provided impetus to give his life to assisting others in the procurement of this same power.  "Jesus" had been taught properly.  It was this correct "teaching" that he was now ready to use to "teach the people".
Our next installment addresses how this "teaching" is and was done correctly.

The Stairway to Heaven... part 3--Eyes That See

So far, we have just discussed the first fourteen words of verse one of Matthew 5, the “Fullness of the Gospel of Christ”. There is sooo very much more! More words, more depths to expose and uncover. More “hidden treasures” to examine, rejoice over and share. But, if you WILL… stay with me. We will dig deeper. Much deeper.

The next words: “…the things which the Father had commanded of him…” say much. We will work with this material for a while. Bear with me. Again, if you WILL.

“things” refer to the material world. The matter that our physical bodies can more or less relate to. And WHY can we relate to these “things”? Precisely because they can be perceived with our physical senses: sight, sound, taste, smell, tactile feeling. Along with these “five generally accepted physical senses is the sense of thinking. Although we will discuss “thinking” much further as we go, suffice it to say at this juncture that “thinking” involves the logical, rational, reasoning capabilities of our individual mortal brain, usually upon a material—regarding matter—subject.

“the Father” Again, to be unveiled further in the future, “the Father” can be initially understood to be “the mental idea or blueprint” before and behind every “thing” ever created. It is the image conceived and “seen” within the frontal lobes after having been processed within the occipital lobes of the human. Because “Jesus” had ALWAYS maintained his connection with his TRUE “Father”, he “saw” correctly. He was not “blinded” as all the other beings that thought of themselves as “human” that walked within his sphere.

“had" Had implies the past tense of action. “The Father” *HAD* exerted an action, a cause, which created an effect upon “Jesus”.

commanded”  To command must have an expanded and broadened definition. If the reader can understand that a command is that which a computer programmer sets up and “programs” into his software, then extrapolate that definition to conceive of “Jesus” having been “programmed” to understand “things” in a different way than other mortals. Previously we explored somewhat the term “seeing”. Saw is the past tense of “to see”. And to see, or saw, is VASTLY different than “looking”. Similarly, “to hear” is vastly different than “to listen to”. “Jesus” SAW the multitude. He understood them. He had intimately and deeply looked, not as most do… at the superficial material levels… but he saw into the very heart and essence of his people. He knew them. And this “knowing” had only been possible because he had been “commanded” by “the Father”. He was operating on a far more powerful program than any other. And, without pompous arrogance, he realized the reason WHY he was “different”. And, significantly, he knew what he was, thus, responsible for performing for the people’s sake… because of his heightened and up-graded programming, a.k.a. “commands”, into them. It was “Jesus’” role, and, thus, his JOY, to offer that same programming to all those who would not only listen to, but “hear” and not only look at, but “see” him and what he had to teach.

So, back again to *SIGHT*. Picture a person born blind into our world. Although light and color are all about him, he is unable to see them. To him, they are non-existent and incomprehensible, simply because he lacks the sense of sight wherewith to perceive them. Objects he can feel (at least superficially). They seem real. But light and color are beyond his ken.

So it was with those surrounding “Jesus”. He realized that they believed they could see. He heard them speak about the sense of sight, some even boasting about their great acuity and intelligence. However, he was operating on a different program. He knew that they were, in deed, blind. Because “Jesus” was connected still to “heaven” (which we have yet to explore, but go with me on this until I get to explaining it properly), he had access to, could see into, “higher worlds” that were hidden still to them.

 As the blind man unable to see color and light, yet still making his way through the world without those senses, so were the others around “Jesus” stumbling and groping their way through mortality, “kicking against the pricks” and against each others’ egos in ways to gain self-validation and existence. Yet, even if a blind man should acquiesce to the fact that perhaps there is more (or at least seems to be from what others share with him) to the world, does not bring him into understanding it, unless and until a successful operation is made on his eyes. It was this operation that “Jesus” was attempting to make upon any willing subjects. Yet, he could not, nor would he, perform any operation upon an unwilling participant. He would offer them his services, enticing them to the increased benefits, goad them into wanting it more for themselves, yet, of necessity, wait until their own individual WILL was completely ready.

Truly, just because the blind man cannot see light and color is no argument that light and color don’t exist. Neither is it an argument that because most people could not see into “heaven” did not mean that “Jesus” could not, nor even that they would NEVER be able to. If the blind man obtains his sight, he will see light and color. If those who came unto “Jesus” allowed him to assist them to awaken their latent senses and become, like him, “commanded” by “the Father”, then they, too, would be able to see that which had previously existed all around them yet been hidden from their view… because of THEIR inability to access them.

While many people make the mistake of being incredulous concerning the existence or reality of the super-sensuous worlds, there are also many who go to the other extreme, thinking that when a person has his inner senses heightened and empowered that all that is possible to be conceived within that new realm is perfectly understandable to him at once. This is erroneous. Not only did “Jesus” need to offer and perform “surgery” on the eyes of his disciples, but he had to then teach them how to correctly use and gain understanding from their amped-up senses.

To be continued…

The Stairway to Heaven... part 2--Ascending A Mountain

Okay now.... (If you have not properly done your "homework"*, then do so now. *Read, ponder and study Matthew 5, 6, and 7--from my former post of "The Walk")

Resuming where we began yesterday, with Chapter 5 of Matthew, verse 1:

1) And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain to teach unto them the things which the Father had commanded of him; and when he was set in the place where he would teach the people, he called forth his disciples and they came unto him that they might hear more clearly the things that he would command the people, so that they could teach these same things unto the people as they had been given authority to do.

(We will explore sight/ seeing/ Overseeing/ vision/ the "third eye"/ understanding/ wisdom/ charity... continually through this "Fullness of the Gospel of Christ". For now, let what I shared yesterday suffice.) "Jesus" truly "saw" the multitudes. He had consistently and intently observed those around him... ALL those around him... with interest, intrigue, and an open-minded, open-hearted willingness to comprehend them, their lives, the way they thought, the feelings in their hearts and that which compelled them to action. He did truly "see the multitudes". All people he understood.

Next: he... by himself, relying upon no man, no outside influence, no church, school, state indoctrination, "went up into a mountain". Hidden allegorically in all accepted "scripture", when a person ascends a mountain--or the top of the highest mountain--that signifies that they overcame the emotions, beliefs, accepted mores of their culture at that time.

Although "Jesus" understood his people--all of them--he did not identify himself with their temporal and, to him, "fallen" natures. Though clothed in a body of flesh himself, he KNEW who he was outside of and beyond it. His sights were not set upon the things of This world. He had raised his vision. He walked among men, as a man, but not "of" men. Yet, going up the emotional, vibrational mountain, he still entered "into" it. He utilized food, clothing, shelter, the "THINGS" of this world in his daily life.

Mountains symbolize matter, the material world that we are inhabiting, exploring, and utilizing here as collective humanity. "Jesus" knew and used this matter, yet he respected it and did not allow those things of this world to have a hold upon his concerns, thoughts, or desires. He "had dominion over it". He understood it and utilized it with profound respect and oneness. "Jesus" understood the people, realized the needs of the body, mind, emotion, relationships, yet ascended through his experiences, ponderings and honed actions to the elevated place "up" AND "into" that mountain. Why? "To teach unto them...."

To "teach" is vastly different than saying, instructing, demonstrating something. "Jesus'" role and burning desire was to "teach". It had been necessary for him to first overcome all "things" so that he could, then, utilize instruction in such a way that those who chose to come unto him for that instruction could properly and fully "learn". And to "learn" goes way beyond knowing. To learn also implies understanding. As we shall see as the storyline unfolds, "Jesus" was not content, never would be content, to just simply prove his greater insight and capabilities. That was far from enough. No, he would not, could not stop until he had completed his task of "teaching" all that he knew. He would mentor, assist, explain, extrapolate, exhort, chastise, rebuke, and not stop the process (so long as the "student" willingly continued his part of the equation) until a complete understanding had also been realized. And, though he would focus on the "one" mind, always the "weakest" among them, he would not be finished until the entire multitude(S), EACH of "them", had learned that which he had come to teach.

Our next lesson(s) will pick up the story line. Until then... Keep smiling and Living the life, YOUR life, to the very best of your current ability.

With love, Kimberly :-)

The Stairway to Heaven... part 1--The Fullness of the Gospel (Matthew 5, 6, 7)

Dear Reader ~ I have now arrived. Today, I take back up my position. I will "expound and exhort" to any willing to "listen". Truly listen. For all others, my words will remain mute. My message obscure. The *KEY* is the *WILL*. This will be discussed and defined much in my upcoming posts. Again, it is strongly suggested that you have done your own homework by reading at least the post of *March 17, 2015*, entitled "The Walk". This includes the Inspired Version of Matthew 5, 6 and 7, which is "The FULLNESS of the Gospel". I will begin with Chapter 5 of Matthew, verse 1.

To "see" means to "understand". "Jesus" had spent his formative prior years interacting with people, pondering upon his own needs, their needs, reflecting upon that which he learned and experienced. He understood the physical requirements of being human. He understood the emotional requirements of being human. He knew what humanity was striving for. And why. The eyes of his understanding had been fully opened. He saw. Whereas the others, all others, were "blinded" to some extent by the illusory nature of mortality and their treadmill lives eking out an existence, he was not content to grovel. He was created, and he knew it, to fly above the illusions, above the pecking order, beyond the mere living for living's sake. He was alive. Because "Jesus'" heart and mind were fully engaged, he understood each and every mortal situation, all people. He saw the multitudeS... plural.

"Jesus" realized that all perspective comes from beliefs which come from experience. Although fewer at that time, there are currently 7+ Billion "viewpoints". He knew that unless an individual is completely willing to suspend ALL beliefs and open their heart and mind to earnest searching, knowing that, in reality, they Could be wrong, he cannot and will not know the true intent... of Any Thing. Jesus had done this. He saw. Truly. Accurately. He had ascended the "stairway to heaven". He would now assist all others, willing, to climb that same stairway.

Dear Reader, I will now "expound and exhort" any willing to listen in how they may do the same. There is much to come. Please, if you have not yet read and pondered Matthew 5, 6 and 7, do so now, before my next entry. Oh, it's going to get so fun!!! :-)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Last Thursday, Parker and Harmony visited. Only for 4 hours. But, oh, did that delight my soul! We played "Oh, Heck!" and "Abalone". We surprised Krystal as she got off the bus. We made "Sloppy Janes" for lunch. We played the piano. We talked and LAUGHED and gave massages. We reminisced and theorized.
Oh, how I love open-minded, tender-hearted children! Especially those that I share DNA with! The next day, Friday, Dave and I and his/our oldest son Mike laid the sod. We now have green grass! The landscaping is so very beautiful and coming along with 13 fruit trees, a garden in 12 pots, and many evergreen plants along with flowers. YAY!!! My heart swells with gratitude and rejoycing! Until next time! :-)
